You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on py999 or to use any of its services. By completing the registration process, you declare and warrant that you are 18 or older. py999 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. If it is determined that a player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately and any funds held may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one py999 account. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether registered with the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or the same banking details — are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, py999 will close all but the first registered account. Any winnings generated in the duplicate accounts may be voided and the funds returned or withheld at py999's discretion.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. This includes your real name, your genuine Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and being reported to relevant authorities if fraud is involved. py999 will verify your identity using the information provided — accuracy is in your interest.
For Pakistani players: Your mobile number is used as your primary identifier on py999 and links to your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet for payments. Ensure the number you register with is one you actively use and control.
py999 is intended for use by players located in Pakistan. If you access py999 from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by local law, you do so entirely at your own risk and py999 accepts no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from such access.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your py999 login credentials — specifically your password and withdrawal PIN. py999 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or support chat. If you receive a request for your credentials claiming to be from py999, it is fraudulent — do not respond and report it to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify py999 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until you notify py999 of any breach, you remain responsible for all activity conducted under your account — including any bets placed and withdrawals processed. py999 will investigate reported breaches but cannot guarantee recovery of funds that were processed before notification.
py999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as required for financial services compliance. You may be asked at any time to provide the following documents:
Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by the compliance team may result in account restrictions, including suspension of deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity until verification is completed.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting py999 customer support. Before closure, any remaining balance will be processed as a final withdrawal to your registered payment method. Self-exclusions (see Section 6) are handled separately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
py999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (interbank fund transfer to any Pakistani bank), and Pakistani-issued Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). py999 does not support foreign currency transactions.

py999 aims to process all withdrawal requests within five minutes for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay) and within two to four hours for bank IBFT transfers. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees — processing times may extend during periods of high volume, during security review, or in cases where verification requirements have not been completed.
Withdrawals can only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the py999 account. py999 will not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any withdrawal request to an account whose name does not match the py999 account holder's verified name will be declined and may trigger a security review.
All funds deposited to py999 must originate from a payment account that you own and control. Using payment methods belonging to other people — even with their verbal permission — is prohibited and may be treated as a fraudulent transaction.
Note on payment provider fees: py999 charges zero fees on all deposits and withdrawals. However, your own mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges for outgoing transfers. py999 has no control over these and cannot refund them.
All bets placed on py999 are subject to acceptance by the platform. py999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without being required to provide a reason. In practice, bets are processed automatically in real time — manual review only occurs when a bet triggers automated risk management rules.
Minimum bet across all py999 sportsbook markets is Rs 200. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market type, event tier, and account level. Limits are displayed on the bet slip when you enter a stake amount. py999 may adjust individual account limits based on betting patterns without prior notice.
A bet or market will be declared void — and the stake returned — in the following circumstances:
Live in-play markets on py999 are offered on cricket (including PSL), football, tennis, esports, and other supported sports. In-play odds update in real time. py999 may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event — for example, during a wicket falling in cricket or during a timeout in esports. Any bets placed during a market suspension period may be voided. In-play bets are final once the platform confirms acceptance — you cannot withdraw or change a live bet after confirmation.
For PSL matches specifically: if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions, all pre-match markets remain valid provided at least 10 overs are completed by each side (or the equivalent reduction under DLS method). If fewer than 10 overs are completed, all markets are void and stakes returned. Ball-by-ball in-play markets settle on the delivery shown in the official data feed — any subsequent umpire review or reversal does not affect already-settled in-play markets.
py999 offers a welcome bonus for new registrations and periodic promotional offers for existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is presented on the Promotions page. In all cases, the following general rules apply to bonus funds.
Bonus funds credited to your py999 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering multiplier and qualifying bet types are stated in each individual offer's terms. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on py999 bonuses is 10x the bonus amount on eligible sportsbook markets at odds of 1.50 or greater.
py999 monitors for bonus abuse patterns including: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk (such as matched betting using py999 bonus funds), and any form of collusion between players to share or pool bonus claims. Identified bonus abuse will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited and may result in account closure.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, bonus funds on py999 expire 30 days after being credited to your account. Any bonus balance that remains uncleared at the time of expiry will be removed from your account automatically. Wagering progress toward a bonus's playthrough requirement is also reset at the time of expiry.
Promotional updates: py999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time. If a promotion is ended mid-way through a qualifying period, any qualifying activity completed before the end date will still count toward the requirement. Check the Promotions page regularly for current terms.
py999 takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity. Gaming on py999 is intended to be entertainment. If gaming ever stops being enjoyable and starts causing financial or personal harm, py999 wants to help — not to continue profiting from a player who is in difficulty.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on py999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:
Where py999 identifies or reasonably suspects prohibited activity, the platform reserves the right to: suspend or close the account immediately, freeze the account balance pending investigation, void any bets placed during or arising from the prohibited activity, and withhold any winnings if the bet outcome was connected to the prohibited action. py999 will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation into fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing involving its platform.
py999 aims to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, third-party payment system outages, or telecommunications disruptions may cause temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, py999's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the value of the specific transaction in dispute. py999 is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of anticipated winnings, or any consequential damages arising from platform unavailability or technical errors.
py999 relies on official results and data feeds from recognised sports data providers for settlement of betting markets. py999 is not liable for errors in official data that it relies upon in good faith for settlement, provided that reasonable steps are taken to correct errors when identified. Any settlement corrections made within a reasonable timeframe after the event result are not grounds for a liability claim.
py999 is not responsible for the content, security, or availability of any third-party payment processors or service providers that interact with the platform. Any issue experienced with your JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank, or card provider is governed by your agreement with that provider and is outside py999's control.
py999 collects personal information from players including name, mobile number, date of birth, payment details, device information, and transaction history. This data is necessary to operate the platform, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and provide customer support.
py999 uses your data to: process your transactions, verify your identity, detect fraud and security threats, comply with anti-money laundering obligations, send you relevant platform notifications, and improve the py999 product based on usage patterns. py999 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Full details of how py999 collects, stores, processes, and protects your personal data are set out in the py999 Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and py999. By registering on py999, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the Privacy Policy.
py999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, py999 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account. Continued use of the platform after the notified effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using py999 and request account closure before the effective date.
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translation provided for convenience, the English version takes precedence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the py999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and py999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or verbal.
